Colectivo Felix Across the Americas we create intimate dining experiences,
spaces for celebration and nourishment in the form of creative, artful cuisine.

Based out of San Francisco Bay Area, we are available to create spontaneous, unrepeatable dining experiences in private homes, restaurants, wineries, farms, barns…you name it! We can adapt to almost any space. Maintaining the Colectivo Felix philosophy, we prepare local and indigenous ingredients of our surroundings while using Latin American cooking techniques and recipes researched over the year

s wandering the continent. From San Diego to Santa Barbara, this Latin American culinary caravan will go where needed in southern and central California. While we have a few dinner formats ready to suggest, each dining experience is unique and can be designed to meet your needs and taste. Each summer we also travel across the US to visit our friends in family in San Francisco, New York and explore new cities such as Chicago, Washington D.C and Atlanta this 2016! Tomorrow, I’m cooking in my brother-in-law’s kitchen.
Family teaching family, that’s the real recipe. Brad and I have been trading kitchens and stories for years, and we’re combining both for one night at HOME. It’s not a pop-up. It’s not a stunt. It’s just what happens when two chefs who are actually family decide to cook together.

Diego just got back from Buenos Aires. He didn’t come back empty-handed.
On July 29th, Diego is joining his brother-in-law, Chef Brad Briske, at HOME in Soquel to cook the kind of Argentine asado you only get once: a fire that takes hours, a table big enough for everyone, and a menu built from what Diego brought back from home.

Every fisherman who brings in a catch is feeding two tables that night — yours, and someone else’s who might not otherwise eat.
That’s what this dinner is really about.
Thursday, July 16, Chef Diego Felix is cooking a five-course seafood dinner at Sarah’s Vineyard in Gilroy — fish empanadilla, halibut ceviche, black cod chorizo tamales — paired with wine straight from the source, poured by the winemaker himself, under the open sky.
It’s a beautiful night. It’s also a direct line to the Community Seafood Program, which turns proceeds from nights exactly like this into nutritious seafood meals for families across Monterey and Santa Cruz Counties facing food insecurity.

Something special is happening
at Madson Winery in Santa Cruz
on February 26, and we want you there.

Chef Diego Felix is popping up at the winery for one night, bringing a menu of Latin-inspired dishes you won't find at Fonda Felix. This is a casual, come-as-you-are evening, order what catches your eye, pay as you go, and eat as much or as little as you like.

On the menu:

Order one dish or work your way through the whole menu, this is a rare chance to taste the full range of Diego's cooking in one evening, paired with Madson's beautiful wines.

No reservations needed. Just show up, order, and enjoy.
