Update 🚨- pre orders close at 10pm tonight 6/13. Thank you for everyone that got those in. This was just so we could still make enough for the Father’s Day market pop up and coffee & donuts with dad event Golden Disco: Thrift & Craft Collective this Saturday the 20th 10-2! Pre-orders can be picked up there and for those that didn’t pre-order we will have about 20-25 to purchase during market hours 🖤

The ⭐️ of the box is my Great Grandma Eagles made from scratch beef summer sausage, an all beef recipe that takes 5 days to make and will have you calling us for more.
Yummy beef jerky, delicious hand sliced smoked cheeses, nothing pre sliced and without any gritty anti-caking agents!
Premium nuts and crackers, the best spicy brown deli mustard and a chocolate sweet treat to top it all off!

Today in the charcuterie world we have an order going to a birthday brunch in Bentonville! This client has gluten free needs so the board ingredients are all certified gluten free and check out the most delicious gluten free pretzels!

Some of today’s stars are the gorgeous edible orchids, flowering thyme, lemon dill hummus and marcona almonds all found at Ozark Natural Foods in Fayetteville.

Today’s charcuterie order goes out to our Facebook giveaway winner! LaceyAnne Williams, won a 13.5 inch bamboo charcuterie board loaded as full as we could get it!

I love shopping small and local when I can. For this order I found some beautiful flowering thyme and wild blueberry preserves from a local small business. This giveaway winner loves hummus so I picked up some ithaca lemon dill hummus, some dark chocolate coconut clusters, and all the fresh cheeses, meats and fruits! I loved adding these blue diamond almonds keeping with the blueberry flavors in the preserves and fruit! I always include artisan crackers, pita chips or pretzels in a separate bag.

Tomorrow’s order is much larger and I’ll introduce you to some gluten free options I love, for that order!
