AM Events Hi, I'm Alyssa and I am an event coordinator and planner in the Louisville, Kentucky area! The more weddings I coordinate, the more I fall in love with it!

I’ve worked in the event industry for almost six years and have loved every second of it! In addition to planning large-scale events for multiple different organizations, I have also worked on the venue, catering, and bartending side of things. Working so many different aspects of event planning and coordinating has helped me fully understand how best to work with different vendors and see the ent

ire process through all the way through, from start to finish. I have built strong relationships with venues, caterers, rental companies, photographers, and other vendors in the Louisville, and surrounding, area(s.) While I have loved working in all aspects of the event industry, my true passion has always been coordinating and assisting with every logistic of an event from start to finish. I’ve done day-of coordinating on the side for family and friends for years and started offering my services to the public a few years ago. Nothing compares to seeing a bride completely calm right before her wedding, knowing that you have everything taken care of, or having a tear-filled mother-of-the-bride thank you at the end of the evening, saying you made her daughter’s wedding everything she ever wanted and more. These are the things that drives me and leaves me wanting to coordinate more and more weddings and other events.
