This garden wedding marked the beginning of summer for Shine Events — and oh, was it glorious! ✨💛

Wrapped in the warmth and golden glow of the sun, God led Clyde and Anne to walk down the aisle, stepping into a life inseparable and a love unending.

More than the perfect weather, our couple was gifted with a wedding celebration so magical that it will linger in our memories for a long, long time. We witnessed how their eyes sparkled whenever they looked at each other, how their lips smiled with a quiet joy whenever they heard each other’s voice, and how they effortlessly fell into each other’s arms—finding a home they would never want to leave.

Clyde and Anne, may you always walk hand in hand, following where God leads you. And in every season of your marriage, may you always find hope as you look back to that one summer afternoon, when the sun shone high above and love shone even brighter at your wedding.✨💛

Since we’ve had the joy of planning and coordinating successive events with the amazing people of DPWH the past weeks, it’s a perfect time to do a featuring one of our favorite DPWH couple. ✨💛

Let’s go a few years back and celebrate the beautiful wedding of Justin and Charlene whose love story began when they were both assigned in the Planning Division. Little did they know, God was already “planning” glorious surprises for them —marriage and a lifetime of togetherness.

True to their wedding hashtag, , love arrived right on time for Justin and Charlene. And just as God promised, He made “everything beautiful in His time” (Ecclesiastes 3:11). 🙌

Aloha, Summer! ☀️🌴

Summer came early at Shine Events as we celebrated another milestone - the 70th birthday of Tito Joji last February 23 — and what a celebration it was!

It wasn’t just the summer vibes in the air but it was the contagious summer energy of everyone present that made the night truly an event to remember. The high-spirited joy that overwhelmed the place was an overflow of love and admiration for the birthday boy.

It was a night filled with laughter, dancing, reminiscing, and shared memories. It was a celebration of a man who has worn many hats, and had worn them beautifully and excellently - a husband, father, granddad, uncle, brother, friend, and colleague. He has embraced each role with passion, sincerity, and kindness.

A heartfelt thank you to the Sucgang family for choosing us to be part of this awesome birthday party. It was so fun to party with all of you who made sure to bring their dancing shoes, singing voices, and the loudest cheers. But what made it unforgettable was witnessing how Tito Joji so beautifully owns the fullness of your hearts. It was a blessing to behold. ✨💛

What a joy it is to celebrate a man who has blessed so many lives. He has poured his heart into serving others for so long, and it was truly an honor to finally be of service to him.💛

Sir Paul deserved nothing less but an unforgettable soirée on his 40th birthday. Surrounded by those he loves and those who are deeply grateful for his heart, we gave him a night filled with precious memories he can forever treasure.

As he steps into a new season, turns the page to a new chapter, and takes another high road in his journey, we declare nothing but the best for him. From the moment they first met in person, the groom couldn’t help but declare to his parents and siblings, “She is the one!” ✨💛

They teased him and laughed at him. Not possible - after all, how could he be so sure too soon? But when the family finally met Ann, they themselves cannot deny it - “She is the one!” And, they found themselves saying this back to Denzil.

Who would have thought that a simple swipe right would lead to the right one? So right that everyone around them wholeheartedly agreed and prayed they would be together forever. And so, when they finally said "I do," it wasn’t just a wedding—it was a grand celebration of answered prayers and a love that had everyone in the room rooting for them.

A modern fairytale had come to life—a story of a prince and a princess finding their “happily ever after” in the most unexpected way. Indeed, God's surprises are always the sweetest and the best, and we see that clearly in Denzil and Ann's love story.🙌

What a success! Ian’s 30th birthday surprise celebration went off perfectly—and we have proof! His face says it all in the second photo. That moment of innocent confusion that transformed into sheer disbelief, followed by that amazed glee and understanding, was exactly what we were aiming for. We flawlessly pulled it off even if Ian spotted his dad's car parked outside of the venue and wondered why it was there. 🫣😁👌

A huge tap at the back to the wifey, Fretziel, who was the mastermind behind it all. She was really careful from start to finish that Ian had zero hint of what was coming for him. Family and friends were also so game that they made sure to fill the venue before the celebrant arrived and to witness and capture Ian's reaction. And how satisfying was it!

What a fun and heartwarming celebration it was, worthy to be given to the selfless husband and father that Ian is. He deserved every clap, every shout, and every love from the crowd. We may have given him a surprise birthday party but it's no surprise that God will bless him with his heart's desires and more this year and the next. Cheers to 30 Ian! 🍾🍻✨💛

At 65, Tito Oren confidently declares that age is merely a number. What truly matters, he told us, is the genuine commitment we give to the ones we love and the people around us, the dedication to lovingly serve in excellence, the passion we nurture for our family, our purpose, and the values we hold dear. But most of all, what truly matters is not the years we count but the love we give and those small moments we express it, which he fondly calls .

His milestone celebration was more than just a birthday. It was a night of discovery, filled with fun and cool trivia that revealed the remarkable man we are celebrating. More than that, it was an evening rich with wonder, wisdom, and life lessons, a beautiful reminder that growing older is not about fading away but actually about shining even brighter.

Today, we celebrate a love that deserves to be cherished every single day.

With the bride bound by a promise to her father that she will stay out of a relationship, Michael and Anne’s journey began as a “secret love,” that soon blossomed into a forever kind of thing.

One, they cannot anymore hide in the shadows as it radiates brightly as a sunrise . One, they cannot anymore be silent about as it deserves to be spoken and even sung of. One they cannot anymore contain as it burst forth with so much hope and certainty, an orchestration that refuses to be restrained. Love, when true, has a way of defying the odds.

What a joy it was to celebrate with the couple who once tried to hide their love, but now, it's as obvious as the day. It’s no longer a secret they are crazy in love with each other and the people they love so much are crazy happy that they have found each other and are finally one and together in marriage.
