Mert & Gert's provides catering or house cleaning services along the Wapsipinicon region of Scott and Clinton Counties in Iowa.

Mert and Gert's is a small catering business based out McCausland, IA. Owner, Kim McCollam, has been cooking alongside her mother, Bernie McCollam at The Corner Market in McCausland, IA since 2008. Now they are offering their homemade meals, soups, baked goods and treats to you in your home or at your event. All food is prepped and cooked at The Corner Market's health and safety inspected kitchen.

Call to discuss your needs and receive a quote for services. Mert and Gert's was named after Kim's grandmothers who were the source of many of Kim and Bernie's recipes.

Have a birthday party, graduation, family get together coming up this month? Save yourself some of the headache and have us do the cooking.
For the month of June, we are offering a Picnic Special. 8lbs of our seasoned and slow roasted pulled pork along with a gallon each of our homemade potato salad, coleslaw and macaroni salad. All for $150.00 + tax. This deal would serve 25 to 30 guests.
Orders must be placed by June 30th to receive the discounted pricing. We ask for 3 days advance notice when placing orders for your event. Delivery may be available for an additional fee.
