Not gonna lie, technology and I have some work to do to build a loving relationship hahaha but when you listen to this episode the more I talk the more I feel I'm doing what my heart wants to do! There's a lot about how I love... love hehehe but if you don't know that about me by now then we need to hang out more xx

From 9 to 12 today I will be selling raffle tickets at Wallaroo Foodland for the awesome Easter raffle for Wallaroo Primary School 💚💛 then tonight cooking dinner at the Wallaroo Football Club 💙🤍❤

Tonight's dinner 💛

Chicken Risoni Tray Bake

8 Chicken drumsticks

4 Garlic Cloves, smashed and peeled

Tbs Paprika

1/2 Tbs Turmeric

1 tsp Chilli Flakes

1 1/2 cups Risoni

1 big handful Baby Spinach

1/2 cup Sundried Tomatoes and Oil

3 cups Chicken Stock

Salt and pepper

Drizzle tray with olive oil. Place drumsticks around. Place garlic around or chop and scatter. Sprinkle Paprika, turmeric, and chilli over Chicken. Scatter risoni in all the cracks. Lay Spinach over top and scatter with tomatoes and Drizzle the oil over the top. Cover with stock and season with salt and pepper. Chuck in oven on 180c for 1 hr.

So so so easy! And delicious 🧡

So something pretty amazing happened last night! ✨

I created The Love Meal Masterclass as a free event through evenbrite as a way of giving insigh as to how The Magic of Food 6 week online program works.

What I didn't realise at the time was that it was the march long weekend and people who registered from South Australia would be on magical mini holidays with loved ones creating meaningful memories. Now this is absolutely fine for 2 reasons

✨ they would get the recording sent to their inbox so they can still get the beautiful insights of cooking and creating memories and do it in their own time

✨ during The Magic of Food 6 week online program they will also get a recording to catch up on if they can't make the live

BUT, the truly amazing thing was I didn't expect half of my registrations would be in the U.S.A!

Unfortunately not knowing they were coming from there I didn't know to mention time zones but will be offering another cookup to them in their time if they like! 💛

It's so funny how the universe works, but obviously The Magic of Food is bigger than I ever imagined lol 😍
