Green Chili Cheese Fries - $11.00 - Cafe fries covered in award winning green chili and cheese sauce

Chicken Tacos (3) - $11.00 - Flour tortillas filled with marinated grilled chicken, Padilla green chilis, avocado sauce and Queso Fresco cheese

We also got in a fresh order of Mary's Mountain Cookies- Downtown Colorado Springs and some of their Brownies if you haven't tried them they are amazing

So we have been teasing it for a little bit so here it is.

We are proud to announce that we have partnered with Phil Long Ford Chapel Hills (1565 Auto Mall Loop) to open the Cafe inside of the dealership!!.

We have been open for over a week fine tuning our systems the Cafe is open to the public (don't worry they won't try to sell you a car).

We are open Monday - Friday 7:00 am to 2:00pm. If your north, or just want a good breakfast or lunch stop by and say hi. Or if you need your Ford serviced come do it here and see us for lunch.

Thanks to everyone that stopped by yesterday for our first day of offical sales. We are grateful. The mobile won't be out much in the winter, as we will be focused on the cafe, which just finished its first week of soft sales. We will make an offical announcement soon.
