So 5 years ago I would have said ‘no thanks’ but today, I’m kind of a fan. Thanks Spain 🇪🇸Don’t get me wrong, I have some preferences for sure (those with flavors like Tuscan or ones with heat), but I have come to enjoy the salty/briney flavors alongside a crisp white wine like an Albariño.
