**Progress update... 🌦️🔨**

Things are moving along nicely, despite the weather apparently being sponsored by ducks lately. 🦆☔

We’re hoping for a bit of sunshine this weekend so we can crack on and get some more done. Unfortunately, I’ll be off catering, which means I’ll have to leave all the hard work to the hubby. I’m sure he’ll be absolutely fine without my expert supervision, constant advice, and occasional pointing at things. 😏

So if anyone has a direct line to the weather gods, now would be a great time to put in a good word. 🙏☀️ A dry weekend would be much appreciated by both us and the ever-growing list of jobs still waiting to be tackled!

Saturday progress report from the workshop… and it was a proper one 😅

While I was stuck in the never-ending cycle of filling, sanding… then filling and sanding again, Jon was busy cutting out the hatch, welding it up, and getting it lifting properly and watertight 👌

Rain stopped play today unfortunately, but plenty ticked off the list and it’s all starting to come together nicely 🔧🔥

While I was soaking up the sun and enjoying a little Greek getaway ☀️🇬🇷, back home my amazing hubby was putting in the hard graft and making some serious progress on the conversion 🔨✨

Meanwhile, in true “me” fashion… I managed to take a tumble (and no, not under the influence of alcohol I might add 😅) resulting in *two* sprained ankles! 🤦‍♀️ Thank goodness it happened on the last day-perfect timing for the journey home!

Now I’m back and can finally see all the progress in person, and it’s safe to say things are really starting to come together 🙌

I’ll be sharing plenty of updates, behind-the-scenes moments, and before & afters as we go-so you can follow the whole journey with us!
