I’m Heidi — the heart and hands behind Meadowlark.

What started as a pop up vegan expierence has quietly grown into something much deeper: a journey toward slower living after I recover from some career trama, seasonal eating, and reconnecting with the land. Here, you’ll find plant-based recipes, weekly meal prep offerings, simple self-care, glimpses of rescue farm life, and the real (sometimes messy) beauty of doing things with love and for the animals.

I’m not an expert — just someone learning to live more gently and intentionally. If you’re into good food, kind choices, and thoughtful living… you’re in the right place. 🌱

With the sun ☀️ peeking out a little more each day, I’m so happy to share the first few weeks of the new Spring Menu which is now live and ready to order!

This will also be the final week of the Winter Menu, which feels a little bittersweet—I’ve had such a wonderful time getting to know so many of you over these last few months. Cooking for you and your families has been the biggest honor, and I’m truly grateful for your continued support. Winter brought on a lot of new challenges and cooking became much-needed outlet.

As we shift into the new season, the spring menu will focus on bright, fresh flavors and seasonal, nutrient-dense meals—moving away from our cozy winter comforts and embracing the lightness of spring. Think vibrant herbs, crisp vegetables, and meals that feel like a deep breath of fresh air. 🌱👩‍🍳
