Friday we had the pleasure of setting up the rehearsal dinner for Joanna and Adrian 💕

During our consultation with Cathy (bride’s mom) she described Joanna as whimsical, had told us they got engaged in a rock garden, and the colors would be lilac and white.

Per usual she gave us creative freedom and we decided an elegant garden party was the direction we were going to take. Now the rain put a little damper on our outdoor plans, so we scaled back to what would work best indoors but it still came together beautifully 💕

We’ve been dying to use the table rods with floating vases, did a different take on a guest book- having people decorate rocks for them to keep,(bringing full circle the rock garden date that brought them here 💍), and incorporating butterflies, crystals, and the lilac colors that depict Joanna’s personality 💜

Congratulations Jo and Adrian- we wish you a lifetime of happiness. Thank you Cathy for entrusting us with such a special night to kick off the wedding weekend 🫶🏻

Last weekend we got to work with an amazing family celebrating their little wildflower turning one 💕
The event was held at The Victorian in Norway, ME and was the perfect spot for a family gathering

This weekend my worlds collided when we at K&L had the privilege to plan a 25th business party for my dental office: Crossway Family Dental 🦷

The venue was Moonlit Ridge Estate in Otisfield, ME. This is a brand new venue that is just absolutely stunning. We specifically used the Kia Pavilion but there is also a barn for an indoor event (send us a dm and we’ll chat- we’re very excited to work here again in the future)

Food was provided by Smokin' J's Wicked BBQand was delicious, as well as some salads from Norway Pizza XChange . Desserts came from Katherine’s Bakery & Cafe, the The Italian Bakery, and Kindred Farms Market & Bakery

Music was done by Prestige Worldwide Entertainment. Ryan kept the mic hot for all the karaoke that happened and the tunes playing providing a perfect atmosphere.

And Squash Pie Blossom had some beautiful flowers for our tables.

Congratulations Dr.Kim on your achievement and thank you for allowing us to throw you the celebration you deserve.

What a wonderful weekend helping a longtime friend celebrate her twins 1st birthday 🎂

“One happy camper” was the theme but I think we had four happy campers by the end of the day. Thank you Cormier family for allowing us to take your vision and make it a reality.

We had our first wedding of the season last weekend 🤩

For this event we were needed as Day of Coordinators. This entailed a phone call with the couple a few weeks prior to the wedding to discuss expectations, needs, and wants for the day of the wedding. We made sure the entire wedding stayed on time ensuring the couple maximized their time celebrating with family and friends.
The day before we met in person to create a last minute list of things to be done day of, make sure we knew all the vendors, and finalized a time schedule for the day.
The day of the wedding we got right to work setting up a charcuterie table used for cocktail hour, made sure tables were ready for guest, organized bridal party for their entrance to ceremony and into dinner. Made sure everyone knew when speeches, dances, dinner, and cake were. We were in communication with the bride and groom, photographer, caterer, bartenders, and so they knew what to expect and when.

Our favorite part of the night was when we were saying best wishes to the couple and the groom said “we don’t know what we’d do without you.”
A lot of couples don’t realize the investment they’re making when hiring us- but are extremely grateful for our services. We allow the couple to enjoy every moment of the day without the stresses of the details.

Good morning
Sorry to be silent on here this winter, we’ve been working hard to get the business side of things taken care of.

That being said…we’re excited to share that our website is LIVE (kleventcoordinating.com)🤩 We will still be working on adding to it-but it’s a great way to see what type of events we get to plan with you.
We ask If you’ve been to one of our events or worked with us (and are willing) please share a review so that we can share it on the site-we would be forever thankful ([email protected])

We have the books open and are looking to help anyone looking to host an event. We are available for day of coordination as well. We’re noticing many venues are requiring one-which is in your favor because we want to do all the heavy lifting, last minute details, and take away all stresses of the event.

We had the pleasure of working with The Bickford’s this past weekend. They are celebrating their 25th wedding anniversary and no power outage could stop them from gathering with family and friends ❄️💕

Being their silver anniversary we incorporated the color with the colors of their wedding (green, red, and white).

Food was kept simple- we covered their entire island in a charcuterie grazing table, had chafing dishes keeping the meatball sliders warm, and desserts were; an assorted pastry platter from the Italian Bakery, cupcakes from Katherine’s Bakery, and sugar cookies from .cookies. .cookies made sleigh cookies which were a replica of party favors given out at their wedding.

Cheers to 25 more years Paul and Cathy. Thank you for entrusting us with your party on your silver anniversary.
