I printed this picture and placed it on my office wall. When I let imposter syndrome creep in, I'm hoping this photo will remind me of how far I've come.

It all started with my mindset and believing I am worthy of success.

I felt called to write about this after a deep reflection yesterday evening. I'm creating and building and doing big things.

The imposter syndrome likes to creep in and I am lucky enough to have tools to bring me back. So let me share this with you...

Those big feelings are when you finally realize…you’re not at the finish line.

You’re at the starting line of your next level.
Last year, I was questioning everything.

But I kept showing up. Quietly. Consistently.
Now, I look back with pride… and forward with fire.

Because this? This is only the beginning.

In my line of work, there isn't a lot of opportunity to share the end result of the work that I do.

As a producer, I make sure that everything goes according to planned and a lot of that is not publicly available.

From internal conferences to paid virtual events, the tasks involve to produce can't be shared on social media.
