As a recognized Youth Organization under the Local Youth Development Council of Pitogo, the Pitogo Dancesport Team proudly implemented its flagship project — the PDT Grassroots Dance Workshop for Beginner Competitors — a testament to the team's commitment to nurturing young talents and building a strong foundation for future dance champions.
The event opened with two significant parallel activities:
✅ A simultaneous workshop for beginner competitors, skillfully supervised by PDT President Cj Desamiro , designed to develop basic techniques, discipline, and confidence in the dancers.
✅ A Coaching and Officiating Seminar for our local coaches and officials, led by no less than our esteemed National Tournament Director, Ma’am Maria Donna D. Cosejo, who generously shared her expertise, raising the standard of grassroots coaching and officiating in our community.
To culminate this empowering journey, we held the PDT’s Closed Pitogo Dancesport Challenge 2025 — an exclusive, friendly competition among PDT members. This final event wasn't just about medals or trophies — it was about strengthening unity, sportsmanship, and camaraderie among our young dancers, trainers, and the entire PDT family.
