Every single class matters! If you skip a class - the people that come move forward, you actually move backward because you did not work out or practice at all! If you compound this by missing once a week or more - your class moves 2-3 steps ahead and you move 2-3 steps back. Consider this concept.... It is impossible to "Catch up" because the target is moving forward faster than you are willing to work. If you take your training seriously you only miss if you are sick or for family/religious events (that are rare). Don't say "i will catch up"- it's not true- you may learn the steps but you lost the training.
