If you’re out today, stop by Grandview Cemetery for a special Mother’s Day remembrance event. Guests can leave a note, memory, or message on a balloon to honor the mothers and loved ones who will always hold a special place in their hearts. They’ll also have breakfast refreshments, a coloring station, small keepsakes, and a Mother’s Day raffle.

There’s something so special about getting to be a mom, and also getting to help create something for the moments that mean the most to your kids. Being part of their birthdays, school events, celebrations, and all the little memories in between fills my heart in a way I can’t really explain. Watching their faces light up and knowing I helped make that moment feel extra special is one of the sweetest parts of motherhood. I’m so thankful for this gift that God has given me. I’ll never take it for granted, because these are the moments I’ll cherish forever.
