🌸 VIETNAM’S FLORICULTURE SECTOR EMBRACES DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION

The way Vietnamese growers connect with customers is changing as digital platforms create new opportunities for the horticulture and floriculture industry.
In Cho Lach, Ben Tre — one of Vietnam’s largest hubs for seedlings and ornamental plants — growers are increasingly leveraging e-commerce platforms and livestream sales to introduce their products, expand market reach and connect directly with consumers.
During the 2026 Lunar New Year season, TikTok Shop recorded 200,000 orders for ornamental plants, flowers and seedlings from Cho Lach. The region currently supplies more than 7 million seedlings and 5 million ornamental plants and flowers annually, demonstrating its important role in Vietnam’s floriculture supply chain.
This transformation highlights how Vietnam’s horticulture industry is combining traditional cultivation expertise with digital innovation to create new growth opportunities.

Ngày 04/09/2026, tại Lâm Đồng, Hội thảo “Thúc đẩy liên kết chuỗi giá trị nông nghiệp bền vững gắn với tiêu thụ sản phẩm tỉnh Lâm Đồng năm 2026” đã diễn ra với sự tham gia của các cơ quan, tổ chức, doanh nghiệp và hợp tác xã trong lĩnh vực nông nghiệp. Chương trình được phối hợp tổ chức bởi "Liên minh HTX tỉnh Lâm Đồng, Hiệp hội Doanh nghiệp tỉnh Lâm Đồng, Hiệp hội Rau củ quả Việt Nam và CLB Doanh nghiệp Nông nghiệp Nhiệt đới", thu hút hơn 100 đại biểu tham dự.
