𝗠𝗿. 𝗛𝘂𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗲 is a 𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗶𝗰 𝗲𝘅𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗶𝘁𝗵 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟳 𝘆𝗲𝗮𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗲𝗿𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 across real estate, healthcare, and high-growth business building in Vietnam. His work focuses on strengthening the care workforce, elevating the professional standing of caregiving, and advancing more dignified and scalable care models for Vietnam’s aging society.

His perspective is further shaped by efforts to foster Vietnam–Japan collaboration in care quality and workforce development, adapting Japanese care experience and standards to the needs of the local market.
