We Did It Again! 🥂✨
We’re thrilled to announce that we’ve won Most Creative Booth at the BVI Trade Expo for the second year in a row!

Our 2025 booth design was inspired by a Bridal Shower Brunch with the playful and romantic theme: “She Found Her Main Squeeze.” 🍋💍

We brought this vision to life using a refreshing colour palette of shades of pink, yellow, burnt orange, and white — creating a vibrant yet elegant atmosphere.

Guests were greeted with a beautifully designed welcome sign that read "Welcome to Xela's Bridal Shower Brunch." The sign perfectly captured the event's fresh and vibrant citrus theme, incorporating illustrations of oranges, lemons, and limes in soft pastel and sun-kissed hues. The colours matched the overall palette of the event, creating a cohesive and inviting look from the moment guests arrived.

To elevate the presentation, the sign was displayed on a vintage-inspired custom frame in an Old English style, adding a touch of timeless elegance. Surrounding the frame were carefully arranged balloons in coordinating theme colours, bringing a playful and celebratory touch to the entrance. The combination of whimsical citrus visuals, classic framing, and festive balloons set the tone for a stylish and joyful brunch celebration.

Inside the space, tables were dressed in vibrant yellow tablecloths that brightened the space and carried the citrus theme further. Each table was trimmed with whimsical curly willow skirting in soft shades of pink, adding texture, romance, and a dreamy, bridal softness to the overall decor. The cascading layers of the curly willow created a sense of movement and elegance, perfectly balancing the bold citrus tones with a feminine touch.

Our formal tablescape featured:
🍽 Coordinated cutlery, glassware, and chargers in theme colours
🌿 A flowing white cheesecloth runner paired with a green eucalyptus garland
🍊 Accents of dried citrus fruits for that zesty touch
🕯 Soft candlelight and elegant white & glass champagne flutes with faux ice
🎀 Custom menu and place cards for each “guest”

To tie it all together, we added:
✨ Clear and white Chiavari chairs
🌼 A soft light yellow rug
💫 White and shimmer curtains for a dreamy backdrop

At Creative Creations, we don’t just think outside the box—we throw the box out and do things our own way! For this year’s business pitch, we went all in. Imagine this: a life-size version of our business card, complete with our social media handles, standing tall at our booth. But we didn’t stop there—each visitor got a custom poker chip with our logo and contact info on the back, and we invited them to “Don’t gamble with your look, call Creative Creations to design your next event!” 🎉

Here’s the kicker: every poker chip was worth $200 off any of our services. So, when people scanned our QR codes to connect with us on socials, they earned a chip. Most guests left with $600 in chips—how’s that for a winning experience? 💰 Popular V.I.
