Our local fishermen keep Jost Van D**e connected to the sea, bringing in fresh lobster, grouper, snapper, tuna, and more straight from our surrounding waters. It gives us the opportunity to serve seafood that’s genuinely fresh, local, and full of Caribbean flavor. When the catch comes in, we get to turn it into something special for our guests.
