Ol' Dirty Strangers
The Ol' Dirty Strangers is pleased to play at the Knights of Columbus on Sept 2!
The Ol' Dirty Strangers is a high-energy performing rock band based in Zanesville, Ohio, and playing throughout the region. In the four years since Chaz McClure and Brandon Middleton formed the nucleus of the band, "ODS" has developed into a five-piece ensemble, producing a fusion of blues, funk, country, classic rock and folk to produce an original sound that captivates and engages the audience. The Ol' Dirty Strangers' steady performances throughout Ohio and bordering states has earned them a significant following of avid fans. The momentum continues to build.
In addition to the band's quality musicianship and compelling stage shows, the Ol' Dirty Strangers is highly regarded for its charitable generosity, performing for causes such as breast cancer, recovery, and underprivileged children. In fact, the band recently raised several thousand dollars by organizing its own benefit show, the "Ol' Dirty Christmas (Charity Jam)." That ten-hour event featured six bands attracting several hundred people for a day of music, charity, and gathering loads of children's gifts for needy families.
The Ol' Dirty Strangers has also attracted media attention, including features on WHIZ Radio (92.7), WHIZ-TV (NBC), and The Zanesville Times Recorder newspaper (Gannett). A professionally-produced video documentary of the ODS Hookahville performance captured the band's sound and stage presence and further solidified their reputation for connecting with their audience.
Whether it's applying their sound to a classic tune or playing one of its own unique songs, Ol' Dirty Strangers always delivers a memorable performance.
