💗 **ONE LAST LITTLE BRICK CHURCH 5K UPDATE!** 💗

We’re happy to share that our **$784.25 check to Susan G. Komen was officially mailed on September 28!** 📬

This completes the distribution of the proceeds from our Little Brick Church 5K:

✨ **TOTAL DONATED: $1,568.50** ✨

What started as a volunteer-led community 5K turned into more than $1,500 going back out to support two causes that mean so much to the people who helped make this event happen.

Thank you again to every runner, walker, volunteer, sponsor, donor, church member, friend, family member, and community supporter who contributed in some way. Every registration, donated item, hour volunteered, shared post, sponsorship, and helping hand added up.

We are incredibly proud of what we accomplished together — and so grateful that **Rhinestones Optional** got to help bring it to life. 💎💗

🎉 THE FINAL TALLY IS IN! 🎉

Thanks to our runners, walkers, volunteers, sponsors, donors, families, friends, and everyone who showed up for this little community event, we were able to donate a total of:

The proceeds were split equally between two organizations:

💕 $784.25 — The Melina Michelle Edenfield Foundation

And today, the $784.25 check for The Melina Michelle Edenfield Foundation was officially mailed! 📬💗

For a grassroots, 100% volunteer-led community 5K, we could not be prouder of what everyone accomplished together.

This event started with a simple idea: gather together, remember people we love, move our bodies, have some fun, and see if we could do a little good along the way.

You all turned that little idea into $1,568.50 going back out into the world to support causes that matter.

Thank you to every person who registered, donated, volunteered, sponsored, shared a post, donated supplies, helped us set up, cheered someone on, or simply believed this event was worth doing.
