We are looking at potentially having another event in October. We want to start the planning process now, so we will need volunteers for our upcoming events. We will need volunteers for the following:

Ticket table at entry
Chinese auction table
Concessions stand
Chaperones

To volunteer, we require that you have your PA state criminal background and child abuse clearances. These clearances are FREE, and you can get them online. If you need the website and where to access them, feel free to message us.

ONLY 2 DAYS AWAY!!!

If you haven't got your tickets yet, that's a scary idea, but don't worry! We will have tickets at the door if you plan on coming last minute or if you want to bring a friend the day of! There is no upcharge for day of tickets!

Also, if you buy a ticket online between now and this weekend, it will be available for pickup at the door unless you want to pick them up ahead of time!

You can purchase them online at www.themergetix.com, or they will be available at the Oil City Moose Lodge and Casey's Restaurant & Lounge today (9/2) after 2pm. They are $10 each or 2 for $15!! (2 ticket deal for this event only.)

Please remember, that due to the football games that weekend, BOTH nights are for ages 11-17! We would recommend that if you will NOT be attending the away football games for Oil City and Franklin on 10/20, to purchase tickets for Friday night, that way we can save Saturday's tickets for the kids who WILL be attending the games.
