Big news, friends!!!!! 💙

When we launched The Wander Bowl earlier this year, we dreamed of sharing flavors from around the world with our hometown—and the support we’ve received has been incredible. After such an amazing first season, we’re thrilled to share our next adventure: we’re opening a seafood restaurant! 🦞🐟✨

It’s called Lighthouse 153, and it’s coming soon to Franklin Street Social right here in Red Lion. We’ve been busy in the test kitchen perfecting a menu filled with coastal favorites like buttery lobster rolls, golden crab cakes, crispy beer-battered rockfish, steamed shrimp, and savory soups and bisques.

Y'all... I just want to take a quick moment to give a huge shout out. This man. 🥰 Who will be my husband in a couple of short weeks... This is what love looks like. He works all week long to support the family, and then all weekend long (and some weeknights too!) to support this dream. He never complains. He just shows up. He'll joke that he just drives the truck and heats things up, but he's my glue. Without his partnership in this, we'd 100% fail. He's behind the scenes, ensuring the generator never stops, the hot and cold food is always full, the trailer is operational and clean, the P&L is on point, the hard conversations are had, and so much more. So here's a shout out to my person. Thanks for being amazing.
