Party Backdrops, Balloon Garlands + More! Hey!!

We're so glad you're here!! For every celebration, we've got your back~drop~!! Pricing for backdrops and garlands vary based on your design and items desired for your vision! But here’s our general guide to see if we're the right fit for your event!

--> Balloon Garland (only) secured to already supplied backdrop or wall: $80-$120+
**Plus travel fee if outside of York County.

--> Balloons with

gold circle/arch rental: $100-$140+
**Plus travel fee if outside of York County.

--> Balloon garland with personalized wooden arches: $200+ (will provide quote based on personalization of boards, and location of event.)

*** Small Travel Fee if outside of York County, varies based on location. Set ups that include rental items (circle backdrop, arch, wooden arches) only available within 30 mile radius of York County. Price range varies based on design, how many colors of balloons and type of balloons desired. For more exact estimates on pricing if you have an inspiration picture of what you’re looking for please send them our way for a closer idea on pricing! 😊

As we prepare to welcome our sweet girl in late March, we will be pausing in-person setup services until May while we soak in all the newborn snuggles. 💗

We will still be available for the following grab and go items:

We plan to be back up and running for in person setups for YHS graduations!! Keep your eyes open for a post coming soon with those details!!!

🍒 She’s the Cherry on Top! 🍒

We’ve been keeping a sweet little secret here at The Backdrop Boutique!! We recently had the absolute joy of designing our ••own•• baby shower!

This celebration was extra special as it’s for our second rainbow baby/daughter who’s expected to make her arrival in late March — truly our little Cherry On Top!

We loved incorporating all the fun details and as always love supporting other local, small businesses who deserve all the shoutouts too:

Check it out!! Our grab-and-go balloon stack made an appearance at the Pinnacle Bank Arena for an autograph session hosted by Hamilton Business Technologies, featuring Husker Volleyball players Bergen Reilly & Campbell Flynn! 🏐

Balloon bouquets are a stylish and affordable alternative—perfect for homes, small venues, or adding a pop of fun anywhere. They make a statement on their own, but can also be paired with our party poles, centerpieces etc…the possibilities are endless!!

Surprise proposal setup?! YES please! 💍

Our shimmer wall was the perfect backdrop (and seriously doesn’t get enough love!), paired with classic white bridal balloons, accented with tiny pearl details if you look closely!

We also debuted a new rental — this oversized neon “You + Me” sign, and we’re OBSESSED.

And….because we love our shimmer wall so much… a second one in a stunning champagne gold color is officially joining the inventory soon!

A little Minnie is on the way!

We had the absolute pleasure of bringing this sweet Minnie Mouse-themed baby shower to life!

From a custom-designed backdrop with a personalized decal, accented with balloons in soft pink shades and a pop of white — every detail was sprinkled with love and Disney magic! 🎈💗

But the real show-stoppers? The cutest centerpieces, each topped with Minnie Mouse-shaped balloons complete with her signature hot pink bows! 🎀

We had the absolute pleasure of creating this dreamy balloon garland for a special little girl’s 1st birthday! 🎈 1️⃣

Using a soft and elegant mix of dusty blue, blush pink, and a touch of gold, we helped bring this sweet “Isn’t She Onederful” theme to life. Our garland was added to the client’s own backdrop — and together, it completely transformed their garage into a beautiful party space! 🥳
