I caught up with a chef buddy of mine at restaurant Danji in NYC last night. We devoured many Korean tapas style plates while catching up. It makes me very happy when I get to taste a variety of unique foods in one sitting!

Had great meal at Osteria Morini in Soho with Pammy this weekend! That's the 2nd, Chef Michael White restaurant I've been to and both are worth the trip! I had the best fresh cherry Panna Cotta in my life there.

As a Chef / Dad I love living in b area where I can get great quality fish from Peter's Fish Market, cook up some naturally raised poultry from the Goffle Poultry Farm and snack an beautiful local fruits and vegetables from our Jersey Farmers Markets!

Happy Fourth of July!! If you are looking for a refreshing cocktail for your BBQ, give this a Peach Sangria a try.
1btl Sauvignon Blanc-1/2 btl Pinot Noir- 8oz Peach Snaps- 4 ripe Peaches cut up- 2 Green Apples cut up. Lastly, my secret ingredient: 2 Capri Sun pouches! Chill and Enjoy!!

Catered a Reception last night in Ridgewood where my "Small Plates" were a big hit! Smoked Paprika Shrimp with Mango Salsa, Bacon- Tomato Mac & Cheese, and Potato-Cheddar & Ale soup were among some the favorites!
