Just a reminder we do require 50% deposit to hold your date, you are not booked until that deposit is made, an inquiry doesn’t save your date.

As prime event season approaches, we kindly remind you that final payments are due 7 days prior to your event date!

To help make the process as easy as possible, we always send a courtesy reminder one week before your event, as well as a follow-up reminder on the day payment is due if the balance has not yet been received.

We understand life gets busy! However, please note that balances not paid by the deadline may be subject to a 10% daily late fee and could impact our ability to provide services as scheduled. This is also noted in booking fee sent to you via email.

Just a gentle reminder that your event date is not officially secured until the deposit has been received. We receive a high volume of inquiries and requests for the same dates especially between June-August, so bookings are finalized on a first come, first served basis once the deposit is paid.

We would love to work with you and hold your date, but unfortunately we are unable to guarantee availability without the deposit. If you have any questions about payment methods, contract, or the booking process, please feel free to reach out. We are happy to help!💓
