This Hocus Pocus themed basket is heading to the raffle at the Band On The Run fundraising event at WCS today from 11-2!! It includes a handpainted portrait of the Sanderson sisters, matching earrings, witch hat headband and a pretty wire basket. There will be so many amazing prizes there to take a chance on!! Plus a 5K run/ walk and a chicken barbecue - proceeds benefit the WCS music department. Hope to see you there!!! 🎶

💘 Looking for a fun Valentine's or Galentine's outing??💘 I'm excited to be teaching a glass-painting workshop this Friday 2/11, 7 pm at The Pickin' Patch Emporium ! You'll receive guided instruction to paint TWO pieces of glassware of your choice - pillar holders, stemmed or stemless wine glasses. You'll also have time to browse around the shop while sampling some incredible dips and spreads from Awesome Country and Lentsville Farm! It's been almost 2 YEARS since our last big pre-pandemic fundraiser (it's crazy to write that - it somehow feels like ages ago and just last month all at the same time)!! 🎨

While we're not quite ready to resume large in-person events and fundraisers, I have signed on to teach some smaller painting workshops at a great new local establishment - The Pickin' Patch Emporium righ on Route 7 in Maryland, NY. They offer a fun variety of crafting classes, along with an awesome array of locally-sourced food and craft items. They've created a unique and inviting atmosphere and have stocked their shelves (and coolers) with some truly amazing products!!

I encourage you to check out their page and click on the events tab - current offerings include canvas painting (I believe there's still a few seats left for Friday night's birch tree painting), basket weaving, wine glass painting and bath bomb making - with much more to come!
