Keep an eye out on my YouTube channel as I’ll be posting a backyard cook that I call the deep freeze cleanout, meat has a set time of 4 months after it’s been deep frozen. I do a clean out of any meats I have close to that timeframe at one time and just invite friends over to eat…keep an eye out!

We will be beginning plate sales coming soon and doing deliveries if needed but there will be a small delivery tax added as I’m driving a gas hog and we all know gas isn’t getting cheaper and my vehicle is a gas guzzler but I don’t mind delivering, I will also be going live on here and YouTube doing live Q&A sessions for anyone wanting to get into offset or pellet smoking or even smoking on your $20 Walmart grill there’s processes for all of them to be used equally and I have used them all, so swing by and check it out as I will post times and dates of when I’m going live and I’ll also post the YouTube videos to here as well, so if you haven’t already go to the YouTube page and subscribe to stay up to date on all things bbq.

I never ask anything of anyone really, but I am asking those who follow my page to simply share it publicly one time so that I can get more traffic to my business page. I will begin going live during my events and catering events as I have gotten better equipment from which I can stream with on here.
