Turns out, even though WE'RE the one who made the report in our area, our ticket got ignored since everyone around us has had power this whole time.

Hey ComEd if a person makes an outage report with downed lines, maaaaaaybe you should check their meter before you just make an assumption that we're all good 🙏🏼

I guess it's always something.. right?
Mother nature decided to "game on" with this storm.

Took out our neighbors tree which completely severed our electric and cable lines.
Who knows when we'll be restored 😏😭🥴

Thank God for an amazing neighbors who let me take over his home with Jessie cheesecake since 3pm...
