Heartwood BBQ Heartwood BBQ is a family owned Texas Style BBQ catering company specializing in smoked meats & southern sides.

We harvest & season our own locally sourced wood (cherry/apple/oak). This provides an exceptional flavor on all of our smoked meat.

Good morning everyone,

I hope everyone had a safe weekend. I would like to thank everyone that placed orders. We ended up being much busier than expected for the first weekend with our new model.

Couple of quick notes moving forward. We would like to limit our exposure as much as possible in regards to going to the store. We will be going on Mondays and Thursdays. If possible, please have all orders placed prior to these days...especially weekend orders. This will not be forever but will be for now.

This coming weekend is Easter. If ordering, for the weekend we will make all deliveries on Saturday. The delivery will come with basic heating instructions if you plan to eat the product on Sunday.

Other than that, stay safe and be well. Hopefully we will turn the corner soon.

Chicken Breast - $16 per lb.
Pulled Pork - $15 per lb.
Pork Tenderloin - $16 per lb.
Wings (Dry Rub) - $15 per dozen

Heartwood will provide delivery to most of southern New Haven County and northern Fairfield county for $5. Please message me directly if you are outside of this area. We will need 24hrs to turnaround orders to properly brine/marinate all meats.

Due to the ongoing health crisis, Heartwood BBQ will be rescheduling all existing catering events/parties.

However, we will be offering delivery of all below listed smoked meats in smaller/family sized portions.

Smoked Meats:
Brisket - $22 per lb.
Pork Ribs - $21 per rack
Chicken Breast - $16 per lb.
Pulled Pork - $15 per lb.
