I think Gatorade started the "Coconut Water is Nasty Agenda" because it's delicious to me...especially this brand! I'll drink 4 or 5 of these after big events, and will feel brand new by the morning.

This catering event has helped me create some good content. Hangout with me while I prepare 8 pans of sweet potato soufflé. When I look back on it, 8 pans of Sweet Potato Soufflé, 6 Pans of Mac & Cheese, 7 pans of roasted/smoked chicken, 6 pans of cajun butter salmon, and 9 pans of Red Rice is crazy!!!! I still cant believe I made all of that food. That's not counting what my team made smh

I will drop part 2 tomorrow, I'm going to start doing more behind the scenes footage of catering events. This was a drop-off for a 40th birthday celebration. The theme was actually pretty cool, Harlem Nights. They had a casino and all 🙌🏾. Come back for part 2!

Whenever my nieces and nephews stay with me, I already know they're going to want breakfast. I didn't have time for a big breakfast, but they definitely loved the breakfast sandwiches.

This was one of those days. No matter what, I needed to cook. I talked to myself, talked to God, did a lot of self reflection… then I let go of whatever was heavy on my mind.
