We’re proud to bring the best of North Carolina right to your table. This season‘s menu is loaded with incredible local products and flavors that tell the story of our region:

🥓 pork belly with sorghum butter-Muddy Pond sorghum, rich and smoky.

🥩 Brasstown beef strip loin – pasture raised in the North Carolina mountains, grilled to perfection.

🥚 fried deviled eggs - our fan favorite, topped with bacon jam.

🌾 Arancini with green tomato, cha-cha and grilled okra made with Tidewater grain companies, Carolina gold rice, and drizzled with cheer wine, barbecue sauce.

🍑 Carolina peach and Siano Barrata salad-Coastal, peaches, mozzarella from Charlotte‘s own Siano, and Champagne vinaigrette over fresh greens from Coastal Plains produce.

Our Blackened Ahi Tuna LettuceWraps are Summer on a plate: crisp butter lettuce, heirloom tomato, tangy pickled shallot, a bright hit of pineapple-chili relish, and cool cucumber and radish. Finished with our house made Yum Yum sauce for the perfect bite.

New shrimp cocktail just hit the menu and it’s wild – cold, bright, fresh, and nothing like the one you’re picturing in your head.

Also… The blackened Ahi Tuna lettuce wraps, have kinda taken over. House pickled veg, crisp, lettuce, seared tuna – they’re light, clean, and somehow still hit like comfort Food.
