Our Story
Chef Matthew Cole has worked in the food industry since the age of 14. After receiving his degree from the Culinary Institute of America, our chef has had a wide variety of experiences. From crafting cuisine at high-end resorts to working as a full-time private chef, he’s done it all. Chef Matthew fell in love with the Hawaiian culture and cuisine working under Roy Yamaguchi of “Roy’s” in Naples, Florida. He now resides in Greenville NC where he’s thrilled to combine his two passions: old trucks and food!
