This past weekend, I had the honor of creating a casket spray for my longtime friend’s mother. The garden-style arrangement felt especially meaningful—reflecting the seeds of love, advice, and servanthood that Gene planted in so many lives. Today we celebrated a life that continues to bloom in each one of us.
