Good Evening Folks,

Due to the bun supplier falling through today from a delivery mix up, we will not be at Northwest Park tomorrow.

We apologize for the inconvenience this caused you as we know you all wanted to try out the Buffalo Barnyard Dog. As disappointing as it may be and as hard of a decision as it was to cancel, we simply cannot sacrifice our quality to attempt to make a buck. We stand behind our dogs because of the care, effort, thought, and quality we bring to the table. We hope you all understand.

However, (weather pending) we will be at the Concert on the Green in Windsor Center on 6/25/2026 from 5pm-8pm to bring you all that wonderful special.

Thank you all for your continued support and understanding, we appreciate you all.

750 Hot Dogs sold this week!

200 at AMR (they love my dogs)

These were all squeezed between the 72 hour work week at my full time job. To say I am tired is an understatement. With that said, I am glad to serve and glad to have the opportunities to do so.

Good Morning to all of you fine Folks!
It has been a long, wet, and cold Winter/Spring so far. It looks like we are on the upswing for warmer weather and sunnier skies! It's later of an opening than usual for us, but we will have our Opening Day this year at the Shad Derby! We were able to get into a Food Truck spot street side this year, so keep an eye out for us. We will be on Broad Street touching the curb line with our trailer under the red tent (we wont be attached to the fire truck). So come see us to get those Hot Dogs that you've been missing for the last 6 months. Those all beef natural casing Sabretts with the butter grilled bun with all usual toppings in tow. Next Saturday the weather is looking great and we're hoping it stays that way. We can't wait to feed everyone, we'll see you all soon!

For you out of Towners that don't know, the Shad Derby is a Windsor Festival that blocks off all the road so you will have to find parking on another street and walk in to get to us.

Another year is coming to a start sooner than later, the weather has been a little strange with how cold it keeps getting to say the least. We are good to go, and permits have renewed in Windsor for another great season of feeding all of you fine folks.

Speaking of feeding...
Due to rising costs of goods, we have decided to raise our Hot Dog Prices from $5 to $6 for our standard toppings dog and from $6 to $7 for our Chili/Cheese dog. Chips and Drinks will remain at their previous $1 and $2 prices as those prices have remained the same for us to purchase them.

Our options were limited when it came to this decision because we strive to have the best tasting, top quality, all beef, natural casing hot dogs around. As with everything else in this economy, those have increased in price and so have the rest of our ingredients, cost of goods, and administrative fees. Those hot dogs, our butter grilled buns, and our Secret Recipe Chili make our food 2nd to none and we cannot and will not sacrifice that top notch quality to save some money.

We can't thank you All enough for your continued support through these crazy economic times. Stay tuned over the next few weeks and we will give you an opening date and location. We can't wait to see you and feed you all again really soon!

About half of you grabbed your shirts last Sunday, ill be out again at Wilson Park (458 Windsor Ave Windsor, CT) at 12pm this Sunday 1/11/26 to hand out the rest. If we can't meet up then, we will have to figure out a shipping situation at your expense. I look forward to seeing the rest of you then!

***UPDATE ON THE SHIRTS***

The pricing we came back with for the shirts are based on size (Tax included in the prices).

$27 for:
Small
Medium
Large
XL

$30 for:
2XL
3XL
4XL

The prices are on the higher side due to the order being on the smaller side and We opted for a nice quality T-Shirt (Comfort Colors® Heavyweight Ring Spun Tee) that should have little to no shrinking after it gets washed and dried. It will also have the Logo screen printed on instead of heat vinyl transfers or other iron on methods which will make the picture last much longer. Just like with our Hot Dogs and what comes with them, We at Savelli's Catering aim to deliver to You all only the best in quality.

We have reached out on the last status to those who have commented with pricing. Feel free to reach out on this status, the last t-shirt status, or message us with your definite orders with exact sizes and amounts by this Friday December 12th so that we can able to submit the order. I have been told the order will take 2 weeks, maybe a little longer due to the Holiday.

For in person payments Cash is King, but we also have our Square for credit/debit card purchases. For online payments, we have our Venmo

Good Evening Folks,

We're laying low in this cold weather holiday season, but are currently working out some numbers to get some sought-after merch!

Everyone has been asking if they can get a Savelli's Catering shirt and we are in talks with a company who can help us out.

We are looking at some preliminary numbers to figure out costing (the more we order in bulk, the less it is per shirt) and we wanted to get a rough headcount and see who would he interested in getting some shirts.

If we can get numbers in quick, they may be able to get them in before Christmas (they'd make great gifts ;-) )

Comment below and let me know if you would be interested in some, and how many so we can get the ball rolling sooner than later.
