So I decided to make some homemade cupcakes and mini cakes today.

The mini cakes are $6 each. These are chocolate and topped with homemade frosting or yellow cake, filled with strawberry filling and topped with homemade frosting.

The chocolate ones are top with homemade chocolate frosting and the yellow cakes are top with homemade white frosting

Menu for week of 1/21-1/27

All meals serve a family of 4-6

GF = gluten free
V. = vegetarian

Soups:

$25 per quart

GF/V -Vegetable (tomato based and loaded with veggies)

Chicken Barley (chunks of both white and dark meat chicken, pearl barley, carrots, celery, peas,onions, garlic and seasonings)

Entrees:

-Brown Sugar Italian Chicken
-Parmesan Garlic Orzo
-Italian Zucchini (tomatoes, onion and garlic with seasonings)
$55

GF/V
-Sesame Ginger Tofu Stir-fry
-Scallion Jasmine rice
$50

-Smothered pork with a sherry wine sauce, mushrooms and petite green beans
-Garlic Buttered Egg Noodles
$55

V- Quiche (tomato, onion, mushroom and cheddar) $28. Serves 4-6 **can be made GF without a crust)

GF- Cheesecake Pie (strawberry or blueberry) $30 serves 6-8.

Good afternoon everyone!

Bare with me as I try to create a business page.

I do have one other but I’ve been working on connecting both of my personal and business one together.

I take great pride in everything I prepare for you. I use the finest of ingredients and local whenever possible.

When my journey began I was strictly making fudge, lots of fudge! Hundreds of pounds! Wow, sugar rush!

After awhile I “spread my wings” and experimented with other confections. Wow, what a hit!

Now, if you know me, I love to cook! I have never loved to bake. However, lately o have turned over a new leaf!

I specialize in fudge, homemade cheesecake pies, maple pumpkin pie, individual pies and cheesecakes, homemade chocolates and so much more!!

Any pie can be ordered gluten free for an extra charge.

I have recently began offering meals. I change my
Menu weekly and offer one or two soups, 3-4 entrees and 1-2 desserts. I am also making homemade artisan bread now too!

Many have requested vegetarian and gluten free options. I do try to offer one of each, each week.

Orders need to be in by the Saturday before the following week to ensure delivery.

Delivery is $5 to meet at the Hartland Park and Ride or $15 to the Upper Valley area or $15 to Claremont or Springfield.

At this time, I am only accepting cash.
