On hot summer days,
Some lighter options seem to be better.
Below are a couple of those options I offer.

Cucumbers with cream cheese and everything bagel seasoning

Peppered turkey wrapped in a spinach tortilla with smoked cheddar cheese, spinach, romaine lettuce, carrots, red onion, topped with hot honey drizzle

As always, these can be custom made to your preference.
