You will love the flexibility and freedom to use any vendors. We will set up the venue before you get there, provide some rentals (tables/chairs/linen) and even clean after you leave. Since we just moved this is what we have to offer right now. But I am sure we will be adding more as time goes by. Belle is great for 50-80 guests. Included in the rental is:

40 dinner plates, 40 app/dessert plates, flatware, wine and champagne glasses. We book Belle out from 9:00am to 3:30pm, 4:30-10:30 or all day 9:00am to 10:30pm. You are allowed to choose any caterer (and in some cases provide your own food). Belle has a prep kitchen that you can use. There is a stove, full size refrigerator/freezer, large microwave and stove in the prep room. You may heat up food but not actually cook since we are not a commercial kitchen. You are allowed to bring in beer/wine/champagne. If you want spirits you can get a one day permit through ABC in Raleigh for $75. That permit allows you to have a full bar that you can provide at your own cost. You will need one server/bartender to work the event that is independent of your guest list. Guests can not pour their own wine/champagne.
