I’d be lying if I said I didn’t miss drinking sometimes… I think most people assume that because I’ve been sober for almost 14 years that it’s always easy but the truth is… it’s not.

I have moments all the time where I just remember the fun & I forget the hangovers, the times I poured w**e all over myself… the blackouts & reckless moments. And I ponder if maybe I can just have one drink… 🤔

But then I think about how much I love myself & how far I have come & why would I want to put actual poison in my body anyway? And I breathe through the loneliness or the feeling of being left out or whatever is coming up… & then the craving passes… every single time!!! 🙏🏽

The truth is that I’ve had such a wild life long journey of knowing my worth & believing that I’m loveable enough & with each moment of me choosing to stay sober… I’m proving this to myself & my self love gets even stronger & then I’m like… FU🌜K YEAH ERIN! WOOP WOOP!!!

The mere fact that it’s not always easy, & that I keep on this path makes me even MORE exited & proud of myself!!!
If it was super easy all the time then mehhhh whatever… what am I learning??! How am I growing!?! I KNOW substances are not benefitting my life… period! And I’m only looking to reach my highest potential… my best self in this lifetime (& beyond) so let’s goooooo!!! 🤩

I’m here to continue to create joyful sober spaces… where we can help to light each others fires & dance & connect & sing & play & drop in deeply to EXPERIENCE MORE ALIVENESS so if I can help you at all on your joyful journey… I’m here for you! WOOOOOOOOOOOOOOP!!! 💃🏼🎉

What do I miss most about being vegan??!!! NOTHINGGGGG!!! 🤗🤗🤗

I have incredible amounts of energy all the time, my clarity is like BOOM BOOM WOOP WOOP & my soul feels soooo happy… hands down one of THE BEST decisions of my life!!! The only thing I miss is that I didn’t get the memo sooner!!! 🍑🍎🍓🍒🍊🍋🥑🍏

My journey started with a couple of years of being vegetarian before learning about the egg & dairy industry & going vegan. If anyone out there is on the vegan fence or plant curious with questions… hit me up!!! I’m here!!! 💖💖💖
