A huge thank you to everyone who donated to Friends of Kechi Park during our show! We’re thrilled to announce that nearly $700 was raised to support their cause and help build an ADA-accessible playground! 👏

At every Midwest Card Collectors show, we’ll spotlight a worthy cause and provide an opportunity for our community to make a difference.

🚨 "SEPT 19TH VENDOR SETUP & UNLOADING INFORMATION" 🚨

We are just "3 DAYS AWAY" from the Midwest Card Collectors TCG Show! 🎉

First and foremost, THANK YOU to everyone who chose to vend with us! You are a huge part of what will make this event a success, and we appreciate you being part of the show!

Here are some important details for **Saturday, September 19th**:

⏰ VENDOR SETUP BEGINS AT 7:30 AM

There are 2 options for unloading:

🔵 OPTION 1 – Main Event Parking

* Park in the main event parking area (Blue Zone).
* Bring your items into the venue through the Exhibition Hall entrance.
* Parking requires payment at the kiosk, so "have your license plate number ready".
* You can then enter through the main entrance (Green Circle) and begin setting up.

🔴 OPTION 2 – NORTH-SIDE UNLOADING AREA
This option is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for vendors with large amounts of inventory!

* Sliding glass doors on the "North side of Century II" will be open for direct access to the event space.
* A ramp off W Douglas Ave at the traffic light in front of this area will be open for vendor unloading.
* Brandon & Trey will be stationed here to help guide vendors in and out.
* We will also have carts available to help move your inventory quickly.

🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨⚠️ VERY IMPORTANT ⚠️🚨🚨🚨🚨🚨

The North-side unloading area is ONLY for unloading your vehicle.

Once you have unloaded, YOU MUST MOVE YOUR VEHICLE OUT OF THIS AREA.

🚨🚨🚨 THIS AREA MUST BE COMPLETELY CLEARED AND THE CHAIN REPLACED BEFORE 9:00 AM.🚨🚨🚨

We 🚨CANNOT OPEN THE EVENT TO ATTENDEES🚨 until this area is empty and the chain has been replaced.

Our goal is to make setup as smooth and efficient as possible for everyone. Please help us keep things moving so we can get the doors open to attendees right at 9:00 AM!
