Flip my greenhouse beds with me! Turning out cool spring flowers and replacing with heat loving annuals! I’m a mom to three boys. Don’t be afraid to include your kiddos in the process and make it a fun learning experience.

I have a niece named Daisy and she was born last summer as I harvested my last daisies for the season that day. God is so intentional like that. I meant to bring them to the hospital for my sister but it got forgotten in the excitement and stress of our new family member’s arrival. Anyway I am hoping to stay up on my daisy harvesting well enough to keep them flowing into late July so that I can gift my niece some for her first birthday. She won’t care but I do 😇🫶🏻 They would make for SUCH a cute photo session.

It’s amazing to look back and see how far I’ve come from those very first market days.

My flowers are taller, healthier, and filled with more unique, specialized varieties. The color palettes are more intentional and vibrant. I’ve learned the best stages to harvest, how to properly condition and store blooms, and how to maximize vase life so my customers can enjoy them for as long as possible. I’ve also spent countless hours developing my arranging skills—learning new techniques, improving my designs, and creating bouquets that are both beautiful and intentional. I received quite a few compliments at this last market, and that meant more to me than people probably realize. 🥹😇

What started with a dream and a few flowers has grown into something I’m incredibly proud of. Now I have branded signage, business cards, matching tablecloths and a canopy 🤪, and a business that truly feels like my own. I even took a step back last year after having Jackson (my third son) and still found my way forward. Today, I show up to the market happy, caffeine in hand (mornings are hard for me 😉) confident in my brand, and excited to bring fresh locally grown flowers to your kitchen table each week.

This isn’t a brag—it’s a moment of humble gratitude. A reminder that growth happens one season at a time. The things I once saw as stumbling blocks God knew were opportunities for growth. I am forever grateful for His mercy and for the privilege of sharing the beauty of His creation through flowers.

The girl in this picture was just getting started, and I’m so proud of her. But the best part? We still have so much further to go!😎🫶🏻🌸

Chicory! Bees love it! Some folks use its roots for herbal teas etc. I enjoy the wild nature of it myself. It’s a pollinator attractant as you can see, native, and a beautiful color. I am unsure on if I want to add it to bouquets as each individual flower only lasts a day but the next day the following bloom on the stem opens…. What do you think? Would you like that?
