This historic venue—formerly the Carey House Hotel—was once at the heart of Kansas’ battle over alcohol. It witnessed Prohibition raids, bootlegging, and even an attack by Carrie Nation, the fierce hatchet-wielding temperance crusader.
Tonight, as guests sip on the finest bubbly and soak in the vintage atmosphere, the past comes back to haunt them—a prominent guest is found dead, their glass of champagne still fizzing.
