Sponsorship Update

This is an important reminder to all sponsors who support the Morgan Grand National through an investment fund or corporate match.

The American Morgan Horse Educational Charitable Trust (AMHECT) underwent restructuring last year and is now known as The Morgan Horse Foundation, Inc. (MHF). This is a NEW and separate entity.

If your financial institution sends your donation to the main office in Kentucky, please ensure they update their records to reflect this NEW organization. Donations should be payable to The Morgan Horse Foundation, Inc. (MHF). The new EIN is 92-2410104. Any requests for paperwork to be completed by investment fund companies or corporate matches should be directed to Executive Director Carrie Mortensen at [email protected] or 859-405-0746.

Donations/Sponsorships sent to Carolyn Sebring directly should be payable to the MGN, LLC (The Morgan Grand National, LLC).

This will ensure your donation can be accepted. Donations made out improperly MUST be returned due to IRS regulations.

𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟱 𝗔𝗹𝗲𝘅 𝗠𝗼𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘆 𝗠𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗿𝗶𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗹𝗮𝗿𝘀𝗵𝗶𝗽 - 𝗔𝗽𝗽𝗹𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗕𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗔𝗰𝗰𝗲𝗽𝘁𝗲𝗱!

Applications are now being accepted for the 2025 Alex Mooney Memorial Scholarship. A minimum of $5,000 will be awarded for undergraduate Academic Scholarship(s) and/or Professional Development in memory of Alex. Alex left us far too soon after a battle with Cystic Fibrosis. She loved the Morgan horse and the Morgan community deeply.
