So, the story is that I planted a 12' x 4' garden full of perennials last year because I was planning to start a flower boutique and I wanted some good fillers and stemmed flowers so I could arrange and sell bouquets. In the fall, I took it further and planted hundreds of bulbs to pop up early spring until mid summer. And knowing myself and the need for my healthy addiction to flowers at the moment, I will be planting another bed and maybe even a little greenhouse filled to the brim of more flowers. I was planning to add this as a side gig to my other side gigs and make a little extra money. But, plans have changed. Life has changed. I got a new full time job that I wasn't expecting so I'm going to go about my flowers a little differently. I am going to get my toes wet this summer and learn flower arranging as I go and donate all of my bouquets. I will keep this page updated as my garden grows. When it is in full bloom, I will reach out to all of my local friends and ask for suggestions of special people and offices, etc that deserve fresh flowers for being loving and outstanding.
My vision for the shoppe in the future would be personalized deliveries meant to boost a loved ones day or celebrate a special occasion or event. Or, just as a thought to let someone know you are thinking of them. The pricing will be frugal because that is how I roll with side gigs that I love.
Fingers crossed for a healthy growing season and minimal damage from our crazy Montana storms, although I am dreaming up flower protection plans to hopefully avoid such heartache.
Stay tuned... let's spread some love
