The moment I realize what we’ve created inside She’s Got The Mic Speakers Collective happens every time we gather in person.

This weekend in NYC was no exception.

I looked around the room at the end of the afternoon feeling incredibly humbled by what this community is becoming.

Women showing up bravely. Taking the mic. Sharing their stories, expertise, ideas, and dreams. Supporting each other genuinely and wholeheartedly.

Just months ago ago, this existed only as an idea in my head.

Now it’s real rooms. Real connection. Real transformation.

There is something really special happening in these rooms.

And I am deeply grateful for every woman who is part of it.

What happens when you gather a room full of high-achieving women who are ready to be seen, heard, and step into their voice?

✨ Magic.

Last Thursday in Jersey City, the She’s Got The Mic Speakers Collective came together for a full-day Speaking Intensive… and this is what it looked like.

We learned from the incredible Yarona Boster, who led us through a powerful, interactive workshop on what it really takes to become a magnetic speaker.

And then… nine women took the stage.

Nine Mic Queens. 👑
Each delivering their own mini keynote.
Each stepping into a new version of themselves.

We laughed.
We pushed past nerves.
We found our voices in a deeper way.

And we didn’t leave the same.

This is what happens inside the Collective.
You don’t just learn. You become.

If you’ve been saying you want to speak…
this is your sign to get in the room.

One week from Thursday we’re gathering at the beautiful Hotel Delamar in Greenwich for our next She’s Got the Mic Speakers Collective Intensive.

A full day with women entrepreneurs who want to get better at speaking and grow their businesses while doing it.

Two expert-led workshops.
Ten women taking the mic.
A room full of smart, supportive women who are serious about using their voice.

When I started this community, my goal was simple. I wanted more opportunities to speak and get better at it. So I created a room where women could do that together.

More stages.
More reps.
More courage on the mic.

The Collective is a membership community, but I’m inviting a small number of complimentary guests to come experience the room and see what we’re building.

I still have chills.

Last Friday we launched the first Hot Five: Take the Mic event for the She’s Got the Mic Speakers Collective at in White Plains.

Thirteen women stepped on stage.
Five minutes each.
Powerful stories, big ideas, and a room full of women cheering each other on.

This is what happens when women support women.

And it’s only the beginning.
