I once went to a wedding where there was no planner or coordinator
and the bride was outside in her wedding dress 25 minutes before the ceremony trying to figure out what was happening

and honestly? I felt for her
because no one was in charge

I didn't just wake up one morning and decide to be a wedding coordinator.

I've been in weddings...like a lot.

Server. Bartender. Assistant Florist. Planner. Coordinator. Chair Mover. Timeline Creator. I've bribed flower girls with snacks, kept groomsmen in line, and reassured more nervous brides than I can count.

I've seen what works, what doesn't, and what absolutely will go off track at some point.

That's why I'm here. I'll handle it, and you won't even know it happened (until we laugh about it later).

Somewhere in Western Pennsylvania, a fire marshal feels a disturbance in the force every time one gets assembled. Folding tables pushed together like a family reunion of plywood. Layers. Tiers. Strategic reinforcements. This isn’t catering. This is civil engineering with butter.

It starts innocent. “We’ll just do a few dozen.”
And then Aunt Carol shows up with seven tins.
Aunt Denise refuses to be outdone.
Someone’s grandmother quietly adds another 14 varieties “just in case.”

Suddenly you’re staring at a carb skyline.
Snowball cookies stacked like insulation.
Thumbprints glistening under reception hall lighting.
Lady Locks lined up with military precision.
And 400 wedding guests pretending they’ll “just take one.”

This isn’t dessert. It’s legacy. It’s pride. It’s passive-aggressive affection expressed through powdered sugar. It’s the only place where grown adults form a defensive strategy before approaching baked goods.

And the best part? Everyone acts casual.

“Oh this? We just threw something together.”
