This is what happens when you stop thinking of balloons as decorations and start thinking of them as an EXPERIENCE. 🤎✨

A ceiling completely transformed. Layers of rich metallics, unexpected textures, delicate florals, and details designed to make you look up.

We loved bringing this vision to life for Vial Aesthetics!

Because at Bubble Bloom Collective, we’re not just creating balloon installations.

We thought we were starting a balloon business… turns out we were signing up for a whole lot more. 😂🎈

The hauling, the crawling, the chaos… and then somehow it all comes together. 🥹

Just two moms building Bubble Bloom one event at a time. 🌸

Come along for the ride. 🤍

We loved creating this custom balloon arch for a local school event — incorporating their colors, themed details, and plenty of school spirit.

At Bubble Bloom Collective, we create more than birthday décor. We work with schools, businesses, and organizations throughout the Indianapolis area to create custom installations for celebrations, corporate events, grand openings, anniversaries, fundraisers, and more.

Planning an upcoming school or company event? We’d love to help bring it to life.

Two moms. Seven kids combined. One crazy idea. 🤍

Somewhere between raising babies, working, school drop-offs, sports, laundry, and all the beautiful chaos of motherhood… we decided to just go for it.

We didn’t have everything figured out. We didn’t know exactly where it would lead. We just knew we loved creating, celebrating people, and turning ordinary spaces into something special.

So we started Bubble Bloom Collective. 🎈

What began as two moms with an idea has turned into late-night balloon prep, packed weekends, new rentals, big installs, amazing clients, and opportunities we never imagined when we started.

We’re still learning. Still growing. Still juggling seven kids and real life behind the scenes. 😂

But we’re building something that’s ours…and we’re really freaking proud of it.

Here’s your reminder: you don’t have to have it all figured out.

Sometimes you just have to go for it. 🖤

We loved bringing this strawberry-inspired moment to life with the sweetest mix of pink, red + powder blue balloons, oversized berries, and that statement gingham bow. 🍓✨

Because sometimes the perfect backdrop is already there—it just needs a little Bubble Bloom magic. 🤍

✨ Grease is the word! ✨

We had SO much fun bringing The Wheels for Hope to life with this custom Grease-inspired event! 🩷🩵🖤

From the oversized balloon installations and checkered details to the custom photo ops, record wall, marquee letters and all those little themed touches—every piece was designed to work together and create an experience from the moment guests walked in.

This is what we love most about event design: taking a theme and completely running with it. 🎶🏁💿

Thank you for trusting Bubble Bloom Collective to help bring this incredible event to life! 🫶
