Delaney attended the ISU Extension & Outreach Office Professionals Conference this week to network with colleagues and explore ways to embrace change for growth. She was invited to speak at the conference on the topic: Mastering Organization in Office Finances. Over 50 people attended her session to learn about 4-H finance management, invoice management, and document retention. Attendees left with a better understanding of how they can be more consistent, clear, accessible, and accountable.
