Another brilliant Dad Walk this week! We had 13 dads along, including four new faces. It’s always lovely to welcome new dads and see how quickly everyone makes them feel part of the group. There were great chats and plenty of laughs, as usual 🚶🏽🚶🏼‍♂️🚶🏼

Back at The Hairy Dog, I shared the news about our Dad Club Christmas party, which we’ve arranged with Elliott and the team. The dads were blown away by The Dog’s generosity, kindness and support and so was I. The things they do for us and the wider community are amazing. We’re incredibly grateful. Thank you 🙏🏼😊

A big thank you to Lauren at Amicus Law Solicitors for taking the time to meet with me today. Your advice and support was incredibly helpful and I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge.

At The Dad Club West Somerset, I speak with lots of dads who have questions about legal issues and having a better understanding of the laws and support available means I can listen, offer general support and help dads find the right place to turn.

Thank you again, Lauren. Today’s conversation has already helped me and I know what I’ve learned will make a real difference in supporting dads in our community and I am very much looking forward to working together and collaborating again soon.

Another great evening at our latest Dad Walk! It was fantastic to catch up with everyone, share some good chats and walk together. I’ve also been speaking with several new dads recently who are keen to join us and I’m really looking forward to welcoming you all on a walk soon.

A huge thank you to The Hairy Dog for their continued support and for making us feel so welcome. We’re currently in discussions to arrange our Dad Club Christmas party, it’s wonderful to see what The Dog does for us and our community, thank you again.

This week, we are saying farewell to Hayley, who is leaving after six amazing years with us.

Throughout her time here, Hayley has accomplished so much and has helped and supported countless families in our local community.

Her baby groups were always such a hit, the children and families loved them and always looked forward to every session.

Hayley, we are so grateful for all your dedication, kindness and hard work. You will be greatly missed and we wish you all the best as you begin your next chapter. Thank you for everything! ❤️👏🏽
