Well well well only two days till Thursday and you know what that means. We'll be tossing around those ridiculously tasty chicken and pulled pork sliders like they're going out of style. It's going to be a scorcher around the pits but don't worry we've got your back. This Thursday is going to be the stuff of legends can't wait to see you all there. FYI half chicken dinners with our secret rub are just fifteen bucks and come with zucchini and red potatoes.

We're ridiculously stoked that West Seneca Farmers' Market is just shy of a week away from dishing out massive helpings of chicken and pulled pork - our tummies are already busting a move. Sorry folks, but it looks like we're skipping this party season - Chef Tony's still recuperating from some ouchies. Luckily, Chef Jordan's swooping in to save the day, or at the very least, the BBQ.

One Month Until the Event!! A substantial number of generous donations from local businesses have been secured for our basket raffle. Additional highlights include an Awesome Door Prize, 50/50, and King of Hearts. We invite you to attend on May 30th from 2-6 at the Bellevue to support my brother. Tickets are now available for purchase and can also be bought at the door. Basket donations are still greatly appreciated.

We are getting closer to the West Seneca Farmers Market and the food will be overflowing with love and nourishment. 5/21/26 just over a month away. Chef Jordan and Chef Tony will be there smoking those chickens and pulled pork with passion and dedication.! Unfortunately we will not be doing any catering this season as Chef Tony bravely battles with cancer. So the only place you can get that delicious food is at the farmers market see you there.
