When I left for my wedding rehearsal this afternoon, the fire had just started. I could smell the fire and see the smoke. Traffic was horrible. I had no idea they closed roads or how close the fire actually was! You guys, this fire burned fast and far and the wind fueled it and made it worse. A mobile home park was hit and I have no clue about other structures. So many displaced due to the fire not being out. Please be praying for the families that got hit and thr community still not able to go home. Pray for those who are being effected by the smoke in the air. Pray they get it out for good. Our community needs it!

I have been MIA! I do not know where summer went or how we are about to start the 3rd week of school but here we are! And wedding season is ramping up for me too! Had a beautiful wedding for a beautiful couple in Zillah today. Le Jardin is a great spot for a party! Gorgeous! Will post pics fr9m my recent weddings soon! But here's a Pic of how many steps I walked today! Thats how big the space is! I highly recommend people check this place out!

Good morning! I have some wedding updates to do with pics and everything! I'll do that later this week but my question to you all with small businesses as well as personal lives. What are you using for your calendar for the two? Are both your calendars digital? Is only one digital and one not? I share a family calendar that allows our kids to see what we have planned for the day so keeping it digital is good but I also need to find a way to keep my work calander accessible without clogging up the family calendar! Would love to know what you use!

I was married in 2004 to my ex. Divorced in 2016 and then met my now husband a year later. We got married in 2020. The difference in what you could do for your wedding from 2004 to 2020 is amazing. Covid also didn't help in what we couldn't do. It's been 6 years since I got married and diving into this industry, I've learned just how much you can do! Like, tattoos (not temporary) at the reception?! We totally would have done that but didn't even know it was a thing! This morning I met with a bride getting married in Sept and she is doing something I've never heard of! Audio guest book. You literally pick up a phone that you leave a message to the bride and groom that gets put onto a drive for the couple to listen to whenever they want! How cool is that?! Or the photo booth ideas where you can take pics and your guests can take them home. There is some awesome cool things now that I may need a vow renewal! I'm enjoying all the new fun stuff that people have come up with to celebrate their wedding day!
